About World Council of Fellowship Churches
World Council of Fellowship Churches is a nonprofit organization founded and established by Apostle Willie and Janice Taylor. After much prayer and many prophecies from the Lord; from several men and women of God. (Some known and some unknown) This vision has been in my heart for years. In August of 2012 we got the release from the Lord to launch the vision. On September 01, 2012, in Jacksonville, North Carolina World Council of Fellowship Churches was launched.
Mission
To provide an apostolic covering to the office of the five fold ministry:
To be an apostle to the apostle.
To give guidance and wisdom to the prophet.
To strengthen and encourage the arm of the evangelist.
To build up and restore credibility back to the office of the pastor.
To equip, edify, and encourage the teacher to be instant in season and out of season.
To be a father, mentor, pastor, and bishop to some, and an apostle to others.
Vision
To encourage and provide a covering to the pastor that has seemed to be overlooked because of the size of his/her church.
To show compassion and respect to every man and woman of God no matter who they are or what they may have or the size of their ministry.
To provide a place for those in the five fold ministry to come together in like precious faith and be empowered with the tools for advancing the kingdom of God with excellence.
Our Purpose
The purpose of World Council of Fellowship Churches: (Also known as WCFC.)
Covering: To provide an apostolic covering to those who are in the five fold ministry.
Discipleship: To help each man and woman of God fulfill their calling and to make full proof of their ministry.
To teach and show the importance of excellence and a first class life style in ministry.
WCFC will work along with the man or woman of God to nourish and guide them with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding according to Ephesians 4:11-16.:
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: 16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
WCFC will travel to help strengthen ministries that are in the fellowship.
To provide a network where each member can share and receive from each other wisdom and ideas that are pertinent to their personal lives and ministry.
WCFC will use social media, printed material, recorded material, and television to communicate with its members to keep them relevant, refreshed, revived, and rejuvenated.
WCFC will provide information and resources to empower each leader to reach the unchurched and the unsaved.
WCFC will have complete authority over the fellowship; and exercise no legal authority over the local church that an individual has established.
If WCFC establish a ministry and place a member of the fellowship to pastor that ministry WCFC will have the right to exercise authority in that ministry.
To provide Leadership: If a man or woman fall into sin WCFC will restore that person back to spiritual health in the spirit of meekness. WCFC will come in and set up qualified leadership while the person is being restored. (This is only in agreement with the local church body and the person that has fallen into sin)
Decision Making: A council will be established from within the fellowship for the sole purpose of discipline, licensing, ordination, and ministry accountability.
The decision from the council will be final unless the decision disagree with the written Word of God or the prophetic word of God.
What World Council of Fellowship Churches believe
In the triune God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit: 1 John 5:7
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
Jesus Christ is true God and true man and was begotten of the Father: John 1:14
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
Jesus was born of a virgin lived on the earth, died on the cross, and was raised from the dead after three days
The Holy Spirit is a divine person: John 16:13: Howbeit when He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will shew you things to come.
All scripture is given by the inspiration of God: 2 Timothy 3:16: All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
All have sinned and come short of the glory of God and are in need of salvation: Romans 3:23: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Salvation has been provided through Jesus Christ for all men: Romans 5:17
For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
It is the will of God that every Believer be filled with the Holy Spirit: Ephesians 5:18
And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
Healing is provided in the redemptive work of Christ and is available to every Believer.
1 Peter 2:24: Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
The Church consists of all who have received Jesus Christ as their personal Savior: John 1:12: But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
There shall be a bodily resurrection of the just and of the unjust. Revelation 20:5;12
In the personal, visible, return of Jesus Christ: 2 Thessalonians 1:7
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, Revelation 1:7
In water baptism and observance of the Lord’s Supper.

Member’s Benefits
WCFC will provide first class mentoring for those pastors who desire. The mentoring program will include but not limited to: Marriage, ministry, money, and integrity in life affairs. 1 Timothy 4:12: Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
What is a mentor? It is a trusted relationship where an experienced teacher or counselor can impart wisdom and knowledge to the submitted protege.
The disciple will never be greater than the teacher no matter how much more he or she does.
Three things are required to be mentored by anyone:
A passion to learn
A passion to follow the mentor
A passionate desire
The benefits from a mentoring relationship: If I am to reap from a mentor the I must do the following:
There must be appreciation for the mentor
Cannot cause any agitation for the mentor
Must give high appraisal for every teaching moment
The relationship must be agreeable and beneficial for both.
Fellowship is important to the body of Christ. Fellowship between brothers and sisters will be built upon trust and confidence. WCFC fellowship will be in accordance with Psalms 133:1-3: Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;
3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.
Credibility is earned through relationships. As WCFC establishes relationships with each other credibility will be earned and strengthen. WCFC will operate with integrity and ethics in all of its affairs. The components of credibility:
The ingredients of character based on investigation
A fully planned course of action for the undertaking
Authorized and documented past performances
Prudence
There will be a council of qualified men and women from within the fellowship to insure spiritual authority and justice are protected.
Apostle Taylor will oversee all major decisions an appointments.
Apostle Taylor along with other qualified men and women will teach seminars.
It is the desire of WCFC to lead by example of what a first class life style looks like. After you have witnessed the results and heard the teachings it is our desire that you will be a partaker of what you have seen and heard. Hebrews 6:12: That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
Philippians 4:9: Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
A list of all members church and ministry information.
Those who meet the criteria of WCFC can be licensed or ordained by Apostle Taylor
The criteria has been set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1-7
1 This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.
2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;
3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;
4 One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;
5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)
6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.
7 Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
WCFC has several international fellowship churches in different countries.
Your membership helps you to do global outreach for your ministry and thus fulfilling the great commission of Jesus Christ. “Go ye into all the word”.
